Our Process
In order to create our custom fit mouthguards, we mix some quick setting impression material, take the impression of your mouth, create a plaster mold from that impression, then vacuum form the mouthguard material around the mold to perfectly fit your mouth.
Taking the Impression
 The impression material, also known as alginate, is mixed to create a quick-setting, consistent mold. |
 The impression process takes approximately 1-2 minutes while the material sets and takes the shape of the mouth. |
